What we do

PharmaPolis is an application for managing job searches in pharmacies and the interaction between the employers (pharmacists) and the candidates (pharmacists or pharmacy assistants). It handles all the job offers in real time and with geolocation. 

In addition to filtering the candidates registered in the application, PharmaPolis also allows pharmacists to select a specific profile based on the candidates' skills, as required.

The PHARMAPOLIS application has two types of workflow. The first is for candidates: the user downloads the app and fills in the profile, accesses the list of geolocated and segmented offers based on their details, selects the offer that interests them, and contacts the pharmacy. The second is for pharmacies/laboratories. It follows the same pattern as the first one: the pharmacist downloads the app, fills in their details and the position they need to fill, receives applications from candidates based on their preferences, and contacts them for interviews.

 

What is our business model?

The PharmaPolis business model is based on developing and operating a digital platform (SaaS) which enables pharmaceutical companies and laboratories to recruit and manage employees seeking long-term employment in a skilled position. The company is monetized by means of payment per job offer posted. The price is set by the platform (using the Stripe payment system).
