From 1 to 31 May, the call for this year's edition of the "B-Challenge: Millennials, talent of the future" programme will be open. The aim of this programme is to create educational improvements that help new generations of digital natives join the labour market. This group suffers from a growing disconnection between the academic and business world, with grave consequences, such as lack of motivation, early school leaving and even social exclusion.
Therefore, three challenges are posed: promoting the best teaching and vocational guidance methodologies, fostering programmes and resources to make it easier for young people with trouble finding employment to join the labour market and increasing companies' motivation to get involved in education. You can access the full report and find more information on the Ship2B website, the foundation responsible for the initiative.
